The files allegedly include the womans statements to her doctor about her condition. Since serving the warrant, Pinnocks attorney has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the CHP for the alleged assault seeking monetary damages. The police are reportedly conducting their own internal investigation into the incident. Scroll down to watch a CBS Evening News report about the initial video that started the controversy.
