CHRIST; A PLACE IN GOD As a creation created in Christ Jesus, we live a life that can only be found in Christ. We should understand when we call ourselves, Christians, we are like Christ, not only that, we live in Him. A man who was born in Zambia, is called a Zambian, the one born in Tanzania, a Tanzanian, the one in Italy, an Italian, in the same way, the man born in Christ is called a Christian. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Says, ...if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature... If youre not in Christ, youre not a new creature; there are no new creatures apart from those in Christ. The new creatures are only created in Christ, For we are his workmanship, CREATED IN CHRIST... (Ephesians 2:10) As we study the word in the New Testament we get to discover that Christ is not only a person, Christ is also a place - a place in God. Christ is actually the place He promised to prepare for us in the Fathers house (John 14:3), before, He was in the Father and the Father in Him, but His desire was ...where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:3), in verse 6, He says He is the way to the Father ( you go to heaven because youve come to the Father), in verse 16, He shows us who will make it possible to come through Him to the Father - the Holy Spirit, then in verse 19 He says, At that day (when Ive prepared the place- day of the church) ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. (Parenthesis Mine). Hallelujah! We living in that place in God right now. Some people think He meant heaven, well heaven is a prepared place, you just need to prepare for it. God prepared it and ceased from all His work (Hebrews 4:10) Christ is the place: We have been brought near to God by the blood of Jesus IN CHRIST (Ephesians 2:13) We have faith IN CHRIST (Acts 24:24) We have redemption IN CHRIST (Romans 3:24) We are the righteousness of God IN CHRIST (2 Corinthians 5:21) We always triumph IN CHRIST (2 Corinthians 2:14) We are one body IN CHRIST (Romans 12:5) We are sanctified IN CHRIST (1 Corinthians 1:2) We are faithful IN CHRIST (Ephesians 1:1) We have joy IN CHRIST (Philipians 3:3) We have liberty IN CHRIST (Galatians 2:4) We are the saints IN CHRIST (Philipians 1:1) We are blessed with all spiritual blessings IN CHRIST, who is in heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3) Right now, we are seated together in heavenly places IN CHRIST (Ephesians 2:6) There is no condemnation to us who are IN CHRIST (Romans 8:1) IN CHRIST, our wisdom, righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption is Christ. (1 Corinthians 1:30) We are wise IN CHRIST (1 Corinthians 4:10) We can not be separated from the love of God which is IN CHRIST (Romans 8:39) Our Churches are in Christ (Galatians 1:22) There is neither Jew nor Greek, bound nor free, male nor female, we are all one IN CHRIST (Galatians 3:28) A new creature is what matters IN CHRIST (Galatians 6:15) Wow! So many things that are said about us in Christ. Study the New Testament and notice the In Him, in whom, Christ passages - they are talking about us. Youll understand why I dont believe in devils, sickness, failure, defeat and all kinds of evils for the christian. Youll awaken to your rightful place and walk in the newness of life. There is a spiritual geographical place called Christ. Thats where those who are born again live, move and have their very existance (Acts 17:28).
