CHRISTMAS AND THE FAMILY COURTS. I personally know people who will not see their children this Christmas, not because they have tragically died, or even because they have harmed their children in some way, but simply because of what could only be described as the nefarious activities of Social Services and their counterparts. Of the people I know, none have committed any crime against their children. They have simply become a by product of victimisation inflicted on them by their Local Authorities. The only evidence standng against them amounts to nothing more than finger pointing by those who work within Social Services, Cafcass and the family courts. I cannot imagine what it feels like to lose a child, or have one taken away. I have never been in that position. But one thing is for sure, whether a child has died or is taken, the result seems to be the same. The pain, the suffering, the tears, grief and heartache is accompanied by a desparation which no one can put words to, simply because there are no words to describe the overwhelming feel of despair, which comes as a result of the psychological and indeed physical abuse of the state. I have no doubt that there will be some Social Workers who will get a kick out of what is being written here, simply because they are engorged by the sense of their own power. I never thought that this society with all its so called professionals, could be so callously vicious, inhuman, cruel. Indeed the activities of Social Services in this aspect, is nothing short of a diktat, or how some third world dictator would act, if he or she wanted to control the population, using children as pawns in some twisted game of malice. Indeed individuals who inflict this are nothing more than parasitic maggots, purely out to benefit themselves financially. If this were not the case, all parents until the courts had made a decision that is, would see their children on Christmas Day. If a crime has been committed against a child, then certainly actions are justified. But to lie, falsify evidence in order to remove a child, is totally abhorrent. I know one lady last year who was arrested on New Years Eve, because they cancelled contact on her daughters birthday, so she took the presents she had bought to the home of the foster carer. Of course she was arrested for her troubles and spent 16 hours inside a police cell. I guess that this is the type of Happy Christmas that this disgusting state system wishes to inflict upon its people. A present from a Government run on malice, contempt and gross inhumanity. Its actions in this aspect are nothing more than barbaric and inhuman. We have a state system, which acts on unjust principles, covered from view, through the provision of secrecy and confidentiality. Whilst those who work for it enjoy a hypocritical Christmas, whilst inflicting as much misery, suffering, psychological abuse and grief as they possibly can upon their victim. I therefore will not wish those going through the family courts a Happy or Merry Christmas, because those words are empty, shallow and meaningless. Indeed the words are as soulless and as inhuman as those who have caused this suffering in the first place; those who make a mockery of the words, Acting in the best interests of the child. However, I do wish those who are going through the anxiety and misery which this separation from their children brings, a hopeful Christmas; one which will bring them the present they most seek, that of family reunification. My prayer to my God is that this system will be rent from the top down and that those who have lied, conspired cheated and engineered to steal children, because that is all it amounts to, when falsified evidence is used in court, are fully exposed and brought to justice for their part in what has become nothing more than a contrivance of injustice purely for the sake of monetary gain.
