CHRISTOPHER NAWOICHIK: We are dealing with an authoritarian takeover. The US Government through its rogue intelligence agencies (CIA and NSA), with the help of FISA court — are running amok with unrestrained secrecy — all on taxpayer money. They are: (1) spying on virtually all US citizens by tapping phone calls and recording the conversations in a large, computer database, (2) watching citizens through computer cameras, (3) viewing Visa purchases, and (4) using Google and social media outlets, such as Facebook and Twitter, to profile and collect the data of virtually everyone. The FISA court is a SICK, unrestrained decision-center of totalitarian judicial secrecy. There is NO transparency, and it lacks the Article III prerequisite of a case or controversy, which the Founders enacted in order to prevent federal judges from making supreme, finalized decisions all on their own — making it unconstitutional. Thus, the amount of money being spent to implement this Orwellian spy grid is HIDEOUS. Some estimate the total cost of NSA surveillance to be around 180 billion within the next few years.
