CHS 52nd FOUNDERS DAY /ALUMNI HOMECOMING/GENERAL ASSEMBLY December 20, 2014 Assignment per Batch Each batch should prepare the following: - authorize representatives to accept registration and donation coming from their batchmates - registration forms ( get 1 copy from nong ojing and reproduce ) - attendance forms to list down your batchmates - 50.00 alumni lifetime membership for those unregistered member - 20.00 for homecoming registration (standing fund should me remitted to the treasurer) - 100.00 voluntary donation for attending alumni who can and are willing to give, for the prizes of the parlor games winners. - donation form - must be in 3 sheets with carbon per list (get from nong ojing-church) , copy should be submitted to the treasurer for OR issuance - a complete list of their batch - 2 ballpens or more - Pentel pens /markers - post it for name tag - 2 long folders ( for the attendance / registration list and donation) with batch and the names of representatives and contact numbers - 1 canopy - 1 working table with at least 2 chairs - Safe wallet / money box to secure the collected money. - 1 separate dish/menu for the visitors - Tshirts with design to be worn during the parade - Batch banner - Food for lunch/snacks/dinner - Prepare an intermission number to present - Bring additional comfortable clothes for the parlor games and other surprise activities PROPOSED 10 PARLOR GAMES AFTER LUNCH AND SHOULD BE SPONSORED BY THE SPECIFIED BATCH, INCLUDING THE PREPARED MECHANICS ON HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE, MATERIALS AND PRIZES, ETC. - MARIA WENT TO TOWN C/O ESTELITA LLORENTE – 1972 - SACK RACE FOR (BIGATIN ALUMNI) C/O SUSANA GALDO – 1982 - LONGEST LINE C/O MA.
