CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS: Saturday from 230-345pm and Monday from 745pm-845pm (half hour of open gym/mat time after classes) LOCATION: Carnage Mixed Martial Arts Fight Team 9353 Greenback Ln., Orangevale, CA FOR WHO: ANYONE trying to learn how to have a great time and get a phenomenal workout at the same time. It is for anyone, including all ages (12 and up), skill levels (Beginner-Olympic athlete- Amateur fighter: there is variations for everyone and it can slow/increase pace as needed). PRICE: One class entry fee- $8 Saturday and Monday two class deal- $10 (includes Sat and Mon sessions) Special: Bring a friend deal- Buy one entry fee and receive one free (that is ONLY $4 a person).
