CITY ASSAULT - A listener Sarah has this appeal - Neil Im hoping someone would be able to help me, Wednesday night at around 9:30 my mum was making her way to Kent station to meet my sister who had come off a train that evening, she got a spin from turners cross to merchants key car park and made her way to the train station, about 5 minutes before she got to the train station she was approached by a young man about 5ft wearing a black hoody and black jeans, he had a quite distinctive scar above his eye, he asked for directions and my mum kindly gave them to him, all of a sudden he grapped her bag and flung her to the floor before kicking her a numerous amount of times into her stomach and chest, he then stole her wallet which contained an only photo of her father & about €300 cash! She remembers a taxi car with the engine running a couple of feet ahead and is hoping that the taxi driver might have seen something? My mum is now lying in cuh with a broken collar bone, 3 fractured ribs & very badly shaken! If anyone knows anything can ye please please get in contact with me as we are all devastated!! Anyone with information can contact RedFM on 1850 104 106
