CITY OF BULAWAYO PRESS RELEASE INYANKUNI DAM DECOMMISSIONED Members of the public are advised that Inyankuni dam has been decommissioned with effect from Thursday, 5th September 2013. The city now remains with 3 out of 5 dams (Insiza, Lower Ncema and Umzingwane) and Mtshabezi dam as the only available sources of surface water supply. Consumers are advised that at the present moment the 72 hours water shedding schedule still remains unchanged.
