In case of further information regarding this advertisement, please contact: Manager: Talent Acquisition (Acting), Phillip Jiyane on: Tel- 011 490 7603 Fax- 011 490-7602 Purpose The primary objective of this job is to provide a prompt prepaid service delivery and increase prepaid revenue collection. Key responsibilities Supervise the registration of all prepaid meter installed on a new supplier list or existing list. Ensure supervision by Service Agents: Customer Support when processing customer applications. Ensure accuracy on all logged prepaid related queries. Ensure supervision on queries to be resolved based on the standard NRS 047. Handled all first level escalated queries. Supervise the created and updates customer details as per customer requests. Monitor the process of filing of every customer documents after an update and use. Ensure the customer education campaigns are scheduled and successful. Ensure the customers are educated on prepaid product and knowledge. Monitor adherence to business rules (RASI) and relevant legislative framework. Cultivate external partnership to ensure satisfied customers. Ensure all rented spaces for vending have signed lease agreement and are registered as suppliers in City Power supplier database. Ensure to monitor the change in tariffs, new applications, and registration of meters, faulty meters and collection levels. Monitor customer buying patterns inorder to avoid or minimise illegal connections. Supervise the collection and consolidation of sales information. Ensure the team is motivated, coached inorder to deliver better service to customers. Competencies Computer Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point). Good Verbal and written communication skills. Numerical and financial skills. Analyzing large datasets Supervisory skills (people management). Good analytical skills. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Knowledge of vending systems and prepaid meters functionality. Minimum qualifications Degree / Diploma in Public Relations or Customer Relations Mananagement. 2 - 3 years in vending / prepaid environment.
