CIVILIAN TICKET UPDATE Civilian rules seem to have not made it to the public sector. MY APOLOGIES! was totally focused on getting commanders and this is my slip up. MAG RESTRICTIONS: Rifle Mags - 1 midcap Pistol/Shotgun/Revolver - No limit Support Weapon - N/A AMMO If you dedicate yourself to a faction, you may reload any time that faction holds the town (officially). Otherwise, there will be ammo supply missions that must be achieved. If your team achieves the ammo resupply mission, you may reload magazines. This is to simulate the level of control the military has on your area. SECRECY If you dont understand already, your allegiance must be kept a secret. This means you need to be careful who you declare your allegiances to. There will be NPC commanders who will recruit civilians for WOLVERINE missions, and any civ may decide to take on those missions. There will also be an organized collaborator group that will be organized directly from the Russia/Cuba side. Either way you go, you need to keep your identity a secret from the others as you will undoubtedly be prosecuted at some point during the game if you do not. It is recommended that players have full face covering such as a balaclava or shemagh to hide their identity. Jackets and other easily removable clothing may also be an advantage. RESPAWNS Civilians will be assigned a block number which will give them a place to respawn. This will be further explained on game day. TAKING A SIDE Regardless of what side you are on, having a magazine engaged in your weapon(s) or holding your weapon in an aggressive manner (loaded or not) will give military grounds to engage you. You may also be frisked for intelligence at random. Communist Collaborators and Wolverines will use a secret mark to identify them to friendly forces. This will be further explained on game day.
