My client is looking for an experienced Claims Handler (Motor) to joint their team on a full time, permanent basis due to expansion. Immediate start is available. Duties will include processing claims, liaising with customers, providing a market leading standard of customer service, to successfully deal with difficult customers and situations on an immediate basis and to understand policy wordings in order to manage complaints fairly and professionally, to identify fraudulent claims / claimants and to take action where necessary, to liaise in with the panel of accident and fleet management companies, solicitors, insurers, recovery operators, garages and any other external suppliers or clients in order to insure the smooth management of the whole claim process, accurate assessment of claims to reduce exposure to complaints/dissatisfied customers and potential loss of business and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry; motor would be ideal but not essential. You will have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
