CLARIFICATION: There is a different between a statement of results and a certificate as regards WASC or WAEC, the school issues the statement of results while the examination body gives the certificate . Youre at liberty to request for your statement of results in your school anytime you so desire if the school still exists anyway , No school will print or type any results for you if you didnt request hence the date shown on Buhari statement of result. And I dont think the modern day WAEC post certificate to you if you had not applied . Now I hear but he failed Maths , Haba was it then a requirement to be admitted to the military ?Give him a break Lets move on to serious issues on economy , security and Job creations
