CLASS NAME and DESCRIPTION CHANGE! Pole Practice and Play is changing to Pole Tutoring tricks, technique and level assessment - Casual Class for the absolute beginner through to advanced. You can expect to learn 1 -2 tricks in this class with the instructor making their way around to all students in the hour, all at different levels, learning different things. Pole tutoring classes are not designed to replace 8 wk courses however can be an alternative if you are unable to attend the courses. **BEGINNERS - can take part to learn a couple of easy tricks as a taster class and before committing to a level + also a great class to do if you are unable to take part in the level course or until a suitable one opens up. ** WHAT LEVEL AM I? The instructor will do a strength analysis to asses and recommend the appropriate level for you. (may take more than one class to assess alternatively book a private 1 on 1) **BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED - can get tutoring on moves they have learnt in class that they need extra help with or learn additional tricks/combinations at their level. **!I WANT TO PROGRESS FASTER - Want to fast track??? this class is also great for those in levels to master moves quicker - more tutoring = faster learning and progression + possibly levelling up! Moves will be taught to you based on your strength/flexibility progression so it is recommended to do Flex and Stretch Bendy with Bebe and Pole Fit or Functional Fitness also to progress faster.
