CLEAN EATING GROUP WEEK 2: DAY 14 Well be moving into week 3 tomorrow. Remember to share your meal plans below! Also this week share some recipes with the group - include a picture if you think of it. Complete the Water Equation and post below how much water you should be drinking daily. I think its super easy to become dehydrated in the winter because were not as active per say and we just dont think of being dehydrated if we arent hot and sweating. Post your daily water goal and how much you actually drank for the day. Help hold others accountable! Believe me you will notice many positive changes if you are hydrated.
