CLEANING AND GARDENING SERVICES At HR City we are in the final stages of bringing back to operation the Cleaning and Gardening Services department which we halted sometime ago due to operational reasons. The management has already acquired ALL the necessary equipment, cleaning products, personell etc. The department is aimed at offering cleaning and gardening/landscaping services of highest quality to all our clients at very competitive prices. We are working hand in hand with our Labour Relations team to ensure that all our operations will be within the parameters of the legislations, including Occupational Health & Safety Act, Mines Health & Safety Act and other applicable legislation. Our focus will be in the folowing categories of industries, but will be extended in due course: *Office cleaning *Shops cleaning *Home/Domestic cleaning *Fleet washing/valet *Health institutions cleaning *Factory cleaning *Warehouse cleaning *After event (parties, weddings, sports, funerals etc) cleaning *Fumigations Any other category not listed above will be considered and added in due course. The cleaning services will include, but not limited to: -Mopping of hard-surface floors, Vacuuming of carpets, dusting and polishing of surfaces and other items, removing of cob-webs, removing of marks and stains from walls, floor and woodworks; - Replacing failed and missing light bulbs; - Emptying of waste bins; - Wiping of tiled surfaces; - Wiping and removal of scale and scum from the sanitary ware; - Sweeping of floors - Reporting instances of damages and vandalism We guarantee that we will offer all our clients maximum satisfaction with our innovative and high standard cleaning service.
