CLERK – HUMAN RESOURCE AUGUST 16, 2014 Reference Number:HRES0096 Position:Clerk Department: Human Resource Division:Workforce Capacity Management Salary:R86 700 – R112 548 per annum (plus benefits) Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Computer literacy Relevant experience Core Responsibilities: Assist employees by explaining fringe benefits and schemes Assist with completion of documentation for participating in fringe benefits schemes Forward all relevant documentation for processing to the pay office Responsible for processes and procedures regarding conditions of service, benefits and general office administration Conduct administration pertaining to appointments and termination of services of employees Open files, personal files and file documents for proper record keeping and maintenance of the filing system Assist family members of deceased employees with death claims and notification of provident / pension funds Make photocopies send faxes, perform general office administration tasks and typing work Record and process acting allowance applications and bursaries for final approval Applications or CVs and copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license (if applicable), to be submitted to the following Human Resource Office: Brakpan Civic Centre, Cnr.
