For more information, please visit our website: powerpoint-group JOB INFORMATION Job title: CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE Salary: US$800- US$1000/month Job level: Junior-Executive/ Non-experienced Job type: Permanent – Full time Job category: Client services/Marketing/Sales Work location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia + Oversea Preferred language: Chinese and/or English Commencement date: ASAP JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for talents with strong customer orientation and networking ability to develop as well as advance effective client relationship by seeking client requirements and creating responsive solutions while assisting and exceeding the business goals and objectives of the company. Create and develop new sales into target segments and client groups Independently deal and execute the sales process Sell the designed solutions to clients in target regions Handle the prospects and suspects from multi-sources; actively expand and maintain the networking contacts with clients, affiliations, professional groups Identify and qualify prospects to approach clients’ necessary information and arrange appointments to capture/ clarify their requirements Together with the team, analyse clients’ requirements to work out proposed solutions and to arrange demonstrations to clients Fulfil sales target (monthly/quarterly/yearly) set by the Manager/Supervisor Make report in a regular basis directly to the Manager/Supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor Degree at least or equivalent in Business Economics, Business Administration, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing Experience: Welcome Fresh graduate; No specific experiences required Preferred qualifications Rapidly adaptive, able to learn and use new information quickly and effectively A “CAN DO” attitude and willing to give things a go Assertiveness and accountable for results Solutions-oriented Perform the ability to tolerate stressful circumstances/ situations Articulate and ability to communicate at a high level Essential skills Good command of Chinese and/or English (both spoken and written) Ability to communicate effectively information/ideas both verbally and in writing Polished presentation skill and comfortably present to audiences of multiple senior levels Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, calling, meeting, conducting needs analysis, solution selling, negotiating and closing the deal Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Good organizational and time-management skill Effective presentation and selling skills, primarily via telephone Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and be an active, smart listener.
