::CLIPPED. LITERALLY:: Sterling got clipped by a girlfriend. Clips of a private recording appeared to have done in this wealthy man. Yeah. Ok. Anyhoo, as a result he got banned from basketball for life. So what. What he said isnt any different from what rap artists (I use that term loosely) have said and done for YEARS. If what this man said wouldve been put to music (somewhere somebody probably did this already) it would be a platinum hit. Young black rappers have been promoting racial disharmony for YEARS. Theyve called young black men thugs, gangstas, pimps, and players for years with little to no outcry. Theyve called women every derogatory name under the sun, had them shake what they mama gave em, and got well paid for it. When Steve Harvey talked about women having a gold mine between their legs, who hit him up? Nobody. Why? Cause It all depends on WHO says what. In my view that was tasteless and needed to be addressed. But we wont do that. We just go somewhere and pray, and not judge. But Sterling doesnt get any prayer requests LOL! Hes not in the judge not or he who is without sin cast the first stone category either. Im not outraged or upset about his comments. Should I be? Ive heard WORSE on tv shows, movies, and music. They recorded theirs openly and got a pass, and heavy paycheck. Sterling was secretly recorded and he got strung up. Please. My name is GjAnderson, and my mind is as narrow as the road I travel on.
