CM changes portfolios of 2 Ministers of state: JAMMU, July 25: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah effected minor changes in the portfolios of two Ministers of State (Independent Charge)—Feroz Khan and Nazir Ahmad Khan (Gurezi). Omar has taken the charge of MoS Medical Education from Feroz Khan and given the charge of MoS Health and Medical Education to Nazir Gurezi. Similarly, he has taken the charge of MoS Floriculture and Horticulture from Gurezi and gave it to Feroz Khan. Feroz Khan, MLA Kargil, will now be MoS (Independent Charge) of Science and Technology and Information Technology and MoS for School Education, Youth Services and Sports, Floriculture and Horticulture. Nazir Gurezi, MLA Gurez, will now by MoS (Independent Charge) of Animal and Sheep Husbandry and MoS for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Agriculture and Health and Medical education/DE
