CM please post anonymously. I have a situation & was wondering if you could post so I could get some advice. I had a child with someone who I am no longer with & she got involved with CPS well come to find out she signed guardianship over to her mother. Paternity has been established so what I am asking is how could I go about seeking guardianship or custody? I wasnt even aware of this until my sons mother told me she signed guardianship over to her mom. I am the biological father & I would like to gain guardianship. Thank you.
