She became tense and bared teeth during the Sensitivity and Squeeze items. Due her to her being matted, the SAFER results may not be accurate. Nsync walks calmly on the leash and was sociable toward the handler during the assessment - soft body. She was tense during some of the handling items and was unresponsive to the assessor during the Tag item became fearful while playing tag. She was not interested in food, but showed minimal interest in toys and rawhides. Nsync was relaxed when approaching the helper dog, but was not playful. Look: 1. Dog holds gaze with soft eyes, soft body. She allows head to be held loosely in Assessors cupped hands. Dog holds gaze for three full seconds. Sensitivity: 5. Dog turns toward the Assessors hand with a fast head movement. Her body is stiff and bares teeth. Tag: 2. Dog is not fearful, but does not respond to the Assessor. She is distracted by objects in the room, and repeatedly tries to exit. Squeeze 1: 5.
