COLD AND FROST DID NOT DETER THE VOLUNTEERS Tuesday, 9 December - work continues on preventing bank erosion at the far end of the lakeside path by the doggy pool. This is such a popular spot for dogs and the central section will be stepped to allow access while preventing further erosion. During the morning several of our canine friends demonstrated that access was no problem. Work on the final flight of steps to the arboretum is progressing well. The weekly litter pick produced the usual haul.
