COLS, OHIO! (FRANKLIN COUNTY DOG POUND!) 52624 – Female brown and white medium mixed breed. Had pretty hound-y ears. Our assessors checked her out and wrote, “Failed behavior. Showed teeth and snapped in my face in attempt to bite when I did first collar tug in handling. Use caution when handling. It is fear based and she is very stressed here but do not push her. Sending to rescue- may do better once out of shelter, was submissive and sweet up until handling.” Stray hold is up so she can leave at any time.
