COMCAST....... is there any company in the world who understands less about the concept of how to treat their loyal, prompt-paying customers? I just ended a frustrating 2-hour chat trying to find out why they offer their Triple Play Package to prospective NEW customers every day for $99/month, and yet charge double to their regulars. In this day and age of Reward Points, Rebates, etc., by forward-thinking companies like Staples, Ace Hardware, or all of my VISA card banks, who regularly thank their customers, Comcast is totally back-wards. I am pretty sure the Customer Service Agent with whom I chatted never did understand the point of our discussion. For them, the term Customer Service is an oxy-moron!
