COMING SOON TO POLE ART ACADEMY - Spin class - This class will be for students completing beginner level and above, the poles will be on spinny for the whole hour where we learn a variety of spinny tricks - £8 for the hour :-) Drop in Class - This will be an hour long class for students who have completed beginner level and above, you can come along and practice what ever you like on the poles with my supervision/help/instruction if needed - £5 for the hour Strength and conditioning - I have been a qualified fitness instructor for 8 years with plenty of gym experience so in this class i will share my knowledge in strength and conditioning concentrating on strength and conditioning training while of course incorporating the pole a long with many other strength and conditioning training regimes - £5 for the hour Mummy and baby :-) - This class will be for all you mummys who love for extra training but struggle to find the time, bring your munchkin along and practice on the poles at your own leisure with my supervision help and instruction if you need it - for existing pole art academy students only completing beginner level or above - £8 for the hour limited spaces only Stretch class - Think this speaks for itself LETS GET BENDY :-) - £5 for the hour Aerial Hoop classes coming in 2014 :-)
