COMMENT: "It is the INITIATION of aggression which does grant a victim or witness the authority to resist and subdue, to defend and protect themselves or another victim. But, there is fine line where self-defense can crossover and become a retaliatory initiation of aggression, like for example murdering someone who has robbed you. Reasonable, but effective, force must always be weighed in a voluntaryist society, lest it break down in a perpetual "eye for an eye" justification for overruling the Rule of Law, not unlike much of what we endure in a statist society." ------- Cash: Without a system whereby predators can be safely subdued and then removed, when there is no prison system, what other option would there be with a dangerous thug in a voluntaryist society with no government...I mean other than frontier justice or abhorrent things such as lynch mobs who ignore due process?
