COMMUNAL SOLUTION FOR A POSITIVE CHANGE STARTS FROM YOU! Arguably, independent South Sudan is every South Sudanese responsibility, an atmosphere that is ripe for a positive development, prosperity and harmony to the youth and families. Unfortunately the country started with a period of dissension caused by jockeying positions, something happening through out South Sudans history might as well continue for sometime and could likely result in a most fuzzy hierarchical circumstances till contained and controlled by all the communities once. At the moment, the main problem is simply political power fueled by the oil, the vary source of income not only the government and the rebels rely on and are expecting to control, but other countries as well. Yet leaders struggle and stumble repeatedly, because of the filthy richness of resources that has created in them the ability to steal directly losing smartness and the hard labor that pays off and communicates authenticity and conviction. Problems are likely to happen when a leader divvy responsibility of one objective for two or many subordinate. As a leader, you are simply fragmenting an account on a method that can turn incessant. South Sudanese perception of these issues require communal inquiry, because many communities are becoming weary of war that has been there for more than twenty one years straight! leave alone economic and human right grievances that had been happening through out this time and falling on deaf ears. Hence, South Sudanese, friends and civil societies across the globe has to really do something and come together for a common purpose of peace and harmony, where communal causes are addressed, issues are settled, families and youth are compensated and reunited, and communities are stuffed with responsibilities to be handled for future positive developments.
