COMMUNITIES MUST BE UNITED TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES, AND PROGRESS : Recently America and some of its communities have been witnessing acts of an apparently abusive, unjust, inequitable and excessively deadly force against its black, Afro-American citizens , Some of the acts include acts such as the one which occurred in Ferguson, Missouri, and was committed by one of the communities white police officers, who fatally shot one of that communities unarmed Afro-American black citizens, and who also was later exonerated from any wrong doing, just as other police officers else where have been since that incident.. The act listed below, also involved racial separation with violent and riotously destructive activities which should have reminded the community of the damages and destructions known about from previous civil disturbances, and the extensive amount of cooperative and collaborating community work that still would later need to be done after the immediate problem(s) were solved or stopped. Such actions would be necessary in order to have sufficiently substantiated information and assurance that the problem was justifiably solved .
