COMPLETED: STA. MARIA BRIDGE NO. 3 ALONG STA. MARIA BY-PASS ROAD, STA. MARIA, BULACAN After some difficulties met by the Bulacan 2nd District Engineering Office in the implementation of Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Replacement/ Retrofitting of Existing Permanent Bridges Sta. Maria Bridge 3 along Sta. Maria-By Pass Road, Sta.. Maria, Bulacan, with the length of 24.00 l.m., two-lanes, amounting to P 14.40 M the bridge was completed and ready to open for public last September 27, 20013 as DE Ramiro M. Cruz gave instruction to the Contractor to complete the Sta. Maria Bridge No. 3 to complete without any fail on September 27, 2013. When he was transferred to Bulacan 2nd District Office last August 1. 2013, He immediately coordinated with the local executive Municipal Mayor of Sta. Maria, Mayor Bartolome Ramos the detailed of detour and traffic management to be conducted to ease the traffic and not to affect the motorist and municipal social and economic disturbance. With the help of the DPWH Region III Regional Director detour bridge was erected to the adjacent to the Proposed Bridge of Sta. Maria Bridge No. 3 to lessen the burdens of the road users along Sta. Maria By- Pass Road. Per DE Ramiro Cruz instruction to the Contractor , Commencement of the construction of that was started to meet the target of date completion of that bridge. As de Ramiro M. Cruz promised to the local executive and his constituents. He instructed the project and materials engineers to closely monitor the bridge construction and assure the construction is with the plans and specifications to have the quality project. He also regularly visiting the site and assuring the completeness of the project as targeted. At exactly September 27, 2013, the bridge was completed and ready to open to the traffic, As De Ramiro promised. However, with the few little details the district made some activities to that bridge in order to maximize the district effort to serve the public with safety. The bridge will be open to the public within the few days after the small details where completed.
