CONSIDER THIS ON THIS DAY: standards and you Sometimes we have to work for and associate with people and companies that evolve around varying standards and habits, which try our patience. In the times it is best to swallow a bitter pill because you need the job, but you do not have to sell yourself out. The standards that God has granted in our days far exceeds those standards of the company and people who move by the letter of rule from that company. We can always do better by choosing to walk the higher ground. I am not telling you to violate any work rules, but to be open for your standards of working to include Gods standards; all things rise, begin and end in God. When has His standards not been more than adequate? In Daniel chapter 1, the writer starts off by letting us know that Daniel & a great number of his friends were being held as slaves and given provisions and rules to live and work by. The story goes on to tell us that Daniel and 3 of his friends chose Gods standards while eating and performing their jobs. And God blessed them in the middle of their circumstances because they had chosen His standards in living, eating and working. What I am telling you to do in the middle of your trials; BE BETTER THAN EXPECTED. If others around you are satisfied with the status quo, you should make the decision to rise above the occasion and TRUST God for the increase once you have mastered the storm. Arguing and fussing about negatives, does not become productive in any matter. Realize who you want to become and who U were at one time. God has made U better than the circumstance, hadnt He? Now rise above it all READ Daniel 1:12-20 God is greater than that job and more dependable than any friend. Choose to do better on this day and take the higher roads toward your blessings Have a great weekend !!
