**CONSIDERING LEAVING THE COMMUNITY??** Please read on... The other moderators and I are constantly working to try to better this environment and foster positivity. However, with over 16,000 members this becomes ever more difficult on a daily basis. So, rather than let this pile up I would like to tackle this head on. I have noticed a few members mentioning that they are considering leaving because of bullying, negativity etc. If you are considering leaving, first of all, let me know in the comments here. Dont hold back. However, please also understand that things can and do change. We need people like you to help us improve this community for the better. We want to create the kind of atmosphere that YOU want to be a part of. I honestly feel like there are very few (if any) drum communities as friendly and accommodating as this out there. Dont abandon us, help us grow. Work with us to create a better place for all. What would you improve? More moderation? Stricter rules? Fewer rules? Also, please let me know what you like! What brought you here in the first place? What made you stay?
