CONSTITUTION FOR WESTLAKE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: Preamble: We, the community of Westlake declare that a need exists for socio-economic development of our people in Westlake. A voluntary Foundation under the name of Westlake Community Foundation ( WCF) is hereby established as the legal vehicle to address and fullfil this need. We therefore commit ourselves to the establishment of the WCF to ensure and encourage the participation of the Westlake community in all issues affecting sustainable development and upliftment of this community on the basis of the principles and the guidelines stated herein.
