CONSTITUTION! Indeed it has taken so long for Zambia to have a peoples driven constitution and its a must we must have it soonest.As such, suppose a constitution is released today,what is going to change i.e in your life,family?is it going to bring food or create a job for you or it going to address major challenges that Zambia go through e.g poverty,unemployment? Are the people influecing you going to remember you?it is so sad only a few understand and know why they are craving for it.Do you think UPND,MMD,NAREP,ABZ,ADD is a solution to poverty alleviation, reduction of unemployment levels?on the other hand is a new constitution going to reverse the high fuel prices,mealie meal prices, and exchange rates? In the last general election,people really wanted to change the government hoping that the succeeding government was going to rescue them.In my view the move to change the ruling party was ok but I think it had cost,on the copperbelt,lusaka,northern province and other parts,majority of electorates voted not for the sake of fruitful representation in chambers by their councilor and in parliament by their MPs but voted for the sake of change as a result people who had no passion of addressing challenges faced by zambians were voted for.In other parts of Zambia ,electorates voted on a tribal basis.My concern is majority of people especially young ones and kabovas are being influenced by politicians hence doing things without knowing the noble cause of doing it.In as much as we want the constitution let peace prevail and let us not be cheated by any opposition party because they are just interested is the 50+1 part of constitution so that it favors them in 2016 general election and the government of the day Is delaying the constitution because that part of the constitution will dissadvantage them in 2016.
