CONSTRUCTION IMPACTS Additional 417 Lane and Ramp Closures (daytime and overnight impacts): Tuesday, September 10 and Wednesday, September 11 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Hwy 417 at Vanier Parkway (in both directions) will be closed in 15 minute intervals from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. O.P.P. on site to assist in full closures. Overnight work will involve installation of aerial wires across the highway. Noise impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. Monday, September 9 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight lane reduction on Highway 417 (in both directions) from Cyrville Rd. to Nicholas St. to undertake further road and bridge work. Overnight work will involve excavation behind Temporary Concrete Barriers (TCBs) and loading excavated material into dump trucks in the lane closure. These closures will also include work at the Central Transitway structure including mobilizing equipment, soil excavation and the removal of excavated soils in addition to possible retaining wall removals. Noise impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal to moderate. Vanier Parkway Interchange (overnight impacts): Monday, September 9 and Tuesday, September 10 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight full closure of the Vanier Parkway N-W on-ramp (heading from the north, to westbound on Hwy 417)t o allow for roadwork including removals and sewer work. Noise Impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight full closures of the Vanier Parkway S-E on-ramp (heading from the south, to eastbound on Hwy 417) to allow for roadwork including removals and sewer work. Noise Impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. Thursday, September 12 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Vanier Parkway (in both directions) will be closed in 15 min intervals from 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. from Tremblay Rd. to Coventry Rd to run wires. O.P.P. on site to assist in full closures. Noise Impacts: Overnight noise levels are expected to be minimal. Tremblay Road (daytime impact): Monday, September 9 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Lane reduction along Tremblay Road (westbound) from Belfast Rd. to Riverside Dr. to complete works on the Coventry Pedestrian Bridge. Noise Impacts: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. St. Laurent Overpass (overnight impacts): Monday, September 9 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Lane reductions along St. Laurent Blvd. between Lemieux St. and Tremblay Rd., in both directions, will continue. Overnight bridge work will include barrier wall and deck cantilever removals and possible mobilization of equipment. Noise Impacts: Overnight noise levels are expected to be moderate. East End of Project Limit (Daytime and overnight impacts): Sunday, September 8 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Daytime and overnight closure of the Highway 417 right and left shoulder lanes (both directions) from CN overpass to Cyrville Rd. This will allow Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) work to continue. *No daytime closures on Sunday, September 8, only overnight Noise Impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. Sunday, September 8 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight and daytime alternating lane closure of the Highway 417 (in both directions) from Walkley Rd. to Innes Rd. This will allow construction of overhead sign footings. *No daytime closures on Sunday, September 8, only overnight Noise Impact: This location is not in proximity to any receptors (residential/commercial areas). Sunday, September 8 to Friday, September 13 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight and daytime right shoulder closure on OR 174 (westbound) from approx. Montreal Rd. to Blair Rd. This will allow ATMS work to continue. *No daytime closures on Sunday, September 8, only overnight Noise Impact: Noise levels are expected to be minimal. Monday, September 9 (Subject to change): Traffic Impact: Overnight left lane closure on OR 174 in the vicinity of Blair Rd. This will allow for ATMS work. Noise Impact: Overnight noise levels are expected to be minimal.
