Located in the heart of Morningtons medical district, on the main highway, adjacent to a hospital, there are currently two consulting rooms available for full time or part time use. The light filled, sound proof, individually air-conditioned rooms are suitable for psychology, myotherapy, naturopathy, dietetics, counselling or other health professions that would complement our current services of Osteopathy and Exercise Physiology. The consulting room available part time is equipped with electric treatment table and office furniture and is available 2 days per week. One large studio room is also available, and is currently used for small group exercise classes. Potential uses include small group yoga classes, pilates, tai chi etc. Available up to 3 days per week. Rental Terms negotiable. There is potential for cross referrals.
