Official Contest Rules and Regulations For the Litebook Survey, contents hereafter referred to as Customer Feedback Contest. Contest begins Wednesday March 19, 2014 and will end on Wednesday April 30, 2014 @ 12:00am MST. The winner will be announced Thursday May 1, 2014. 1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST Simply call 1-877-723-5483 or 1 (403) 504-1533 with your name & the serial number of your Litebook and answer a 90 second survey regarding your satisfaction and feedback of your Litebook experience. The completed survey qualifies as an entry. One entry per person during the contest period. 2. PRIZES & CONTEST DRAW There will be one (1) draw after the end of the Contest Period to select two (2) winners. Each winner will receive one (1), $100 gift certificate. Each winner can choose from the following; 1. Walmart 2. Starbucks 3. Boston Pizza 4. TGI Friday’s 3. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS The contest is open to Litebook customers in the United States and Canada only. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, winner assumes the risk of its loss.
