COPIED-UKNOWN DONT WASTE TIME HATING ANYONE. Two friends were walking through the desert.During one point of their journey, they had an argument and the one friend slapped the other in the face.The one who got slapped was hurt,but without saying anything,he wrote on the sand -TODAY, MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE. They kept on walking until they found an oasis where they decided to take a bath.They one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning but the friend saved him.After he recovered from the near drowning,he wrote on the stone,TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE. The friend who had slapped and saved his friend asked him After l hurt you,u wrote in the sand and now u write on the stone,why ? The other friend replied when someone hurts us,we should write it down in the sand where wings of forgiveness can erase it away,but when someone does something good for us,we should engrave it on stone where wind can never erase it. *Having going through that again and again, Luke 17 came into my mind l felt l should also share what the scripture says. vs 1:Then said HE unto the desciples,it is impossible but that offences will come,but woe to unto him,through which they come !2. lt were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck,and he cast into the sea,than he should offend one of the little ones.3.Take heed to yourself:lf thy brother trespass against thee,rebuke him; and if he repent,forgive him.4.And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day,and seven times in a day again to thee,thou shall forgive him.* Meditate upon the words as we are drawing CLOSER to the end of the year,Life is too short to waste time hating and failing to forgive anyone who trespass against us.
