An error does not become truth by reason of multiplied propagation, nor does truth become error because nobody sees it. Truth stands, even if there be no public support. It is self sustained. This is a clarion call on all PDP delegate to vote wisely not on anointing or self-anointing CANDIDATE . Thus in this period of politics it is paramount that we let the fact speak,let past record of our leaders speak for them. ON THIS NOTE I PRESENT SENATOR (DR ) IFEANYI OKOWA as a man who has Deltans at heart. Deltans knows that okowa is a man of integrity and of good reputation from birth .The good people of Delta and the nation are not ashamed to be associated with the distinguished Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa because they know the stuff he’s made off. He remains a man of exemplary,credible and enviable character buttered with enormous experience arising from his involvement in various stages of government and governance. An astute politician and a rare-gem,the distinguished Senator remains a colossus and a political enigma whose political and leadership prowess remains unbeaten till date. A pragmatic and charismatic leader with maximum propensity to deliver the true dividends of democracy to his people,driven with passion to serve,the distinguished Senator has more than twelve (12) bills to his credit with two (2) already being passed into law. His vociferousness,vibrantness, doggedness,salient and characteristic intelligent manner of speech in delivering the deliverables singled him out as one of the best five (5) Senators in the present Senate House out of a 109 number Senators serving the entire nation today. He has of a truth made an indelible mark on the floor of the present day Senate within his 36 months spent as many who have served 178 months( about 15years) have not been able to sponsor a single bill;talk more of it being passed.
