CORRECT, but I think Ive tried to explain to the Liberals 1,000 times before how our Constitution works. Now, with some prompting from this posting and cueing of my long-term memory which has forgotten most these things from my grade-school days, I do recall studying Marbury vs. Madison and its meaning. Click on the post to get a more in-depth understanding as to WHY the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and why no Liberal (like President Obama, Dianne Feinstein or Nancy Pelosi) can scrawl a Law on their own and to their own liking to overturn a Law within the Constitution. Our forefathers must have anticipated knucklehead Liberals like the one I just mentioned and embedded these protections of the Constitution within the Constitution itself. Its like buying your computer with Norton anti-virus already on it so that the weirdo hackers out their in the world cant invade your computer despite THEIR thinking that it would not only be good for them, but it would be good for everyone else, good for business and the economy, etc. In the meantime your computer would be terminally damaged and you wouldnt like it one bit. With this analogy, ANYONE should be able to understand why the conservatives in our world are becoming very distraught over the much-less than stellar actions of the liberals, like those listed who continue to try to rake away We The Peoples God-given and Constitutional Rights which are to be applied to all US citizens.
