DEHRA DISTT. KANGRA HIMACHAL PRADESH 176026.About six seven month back Gram sabha decided that the IRDP person need to review in the village and then Gram panchayat including Panchayat secy., Pradhan and other panchayat members ordered villagers to bring income certificate from Patwari then only villagers will be able to take advantage of IRDP facilities.And panchayat stopped all facilities villagers taking as IRDP members.But suddenly in last week Gramsabha meeting they retain the same members in the list who were taking advantage of the IRDP facilities.Maximum villagers not aware about the aganda of Gramsabha meeting and they did not attend gramsabha and they deserve to be included in IRDP. If IRDP agenda to be there they should inform peoples that they are going to discuss IRDP agenda in Gramsabha but such kind of any information not provided to villagers. Now following things need to be checked. 1. As per panchayat instructions all members included in IRDP are fulfilling the minimum requirements to be required for inclusion of their names in IRDP. 2. All members in IRDP list submitted income certificates to Panchayat secretary. 3.what happen to the facilities they not availed from last 6-7 months as per panchayat instructions. 4. Where all food grains gone whichever has to be distributed in IRDP members in last 6-7 months. 5.Who is responsibles for the problem faced by IRDP families in absence of IRDP facilities. 6.Who verified that whoever included in IRDP fulfilling all required conditions for inclusion their names in IRDP. 7. Panchayat should inform villagers that IRDP agenda to be discussed in Gramsabha. 8.some peoples informed panchayat to cut their names from IRDP and they don,t want to take this facilities they also retained. 9.IRDP facilities provided to the public its money of tax payer and facilities should reach to deserving candidates and families that not happening. 10. If facilities not reaching to deserving candidates what action concerned officer taking in this matter. Immediate attention required in this matter and strict action should be taken against the person involved in this. I hope you will take immediate action in this matter.Expecting immediate action and positive reply from concerned officers.
