COSTS & PAYMENT DETAILS The estimated costs of WYD only is RM6,000 covering registration package A1 (food and lodging), flight ticket, preparatory gathering, insurance, phone cards, Malaysian T-shirt (or vest). We are also encouraging pilgrims to attend a Pre-WYD program at the Diocese of Tarnow, which is just next to Krakow. Diocesan sponsorship is only available for youth leaders and those who assist in organising Melaka-Johor Diocese Youth Day, Dec 3 – 6, 2015 at MAJODI. There are limited spaces for sponsored participants so those interested should apply by submitting their form before or at the first meeting at: 4:00pm on 24th Jan 2015 (Sat) in MAJODI. First payment of RM2,000 must be made before 31st July 2015; any balance must be settled by 29th April 2016. (Though the diocese can assist, the responsibility for fundraising will be fully on the participant). Payments received whether in part or in full by the MJD Youth Ministry shall be construed at all times as received as intermediary agent for onward transmission of payment towards the relevant bodies for the purposes of the World Youth Day pilgrimage. MJD Youth Ministry shall not be held accountable or responsible beyond the agreed role of receiving and channeling the same amount received from the participants to the final recipient. There will be no refunds on withdrawals for expenses already incurred. The person withdrawing is responsible to find his or her own replacement. Please make cheques payable to TRCBMJ World Youth Day.
