COUNTDOWN TO JESC 2013: 109 days. Today we turn to Tess Gaerthe who represented the Netherlands but had been living in the host country of Belgium for 3 years before competing there. Tess was born on 21 August, 1991, making her 14 years, 3 months and 5 days (5,211 days) old in Hasselt. Tess perfomed the song "Stupid" which is about being in love with a boy and feeling, and acting, stupidly around him. Tess received a total of 82 points earning her 7th place overall. Tess received votes from 13 countries: she received 12 points from Belgium; 10 points from Denmark; 8 points from Malta; 7 points from Sweden and the United Kingdom; 5 points from Belarus; 4 points from Greece, Norway, Russia and Spain; 2 points from Cyprus and Romania; and 1 point from Latvia.
