He was moving and could not take her. He was so upset and broke down and was crying. She is a beautiful German Shepherd mix. She is a year old,weighs 39 lbs, chipped, all shots and we can have her spayed. She is Heartworm positive. (Can be treated with slow kill method.) We can spay her. She was an only dog and does not like other dogs. She would need to be the only dog. She is very smart and learns very quickly!! She misses her owner and has been at shelter nearly a month. She is so tired of kennel life.This has been difficult on her. Her coat will shine when someone has time to bathe and brush her. She is very loving towards people and adores attention.
