COURTESY POST: Hello, my name is Chelsea. I recently learned of a pitbull in the Hamilton section of Baltimore City, MD that is in desperate need of rescuing. His owners keep him caged/tied up 24/7 and from what I hear is not in the best of health. The owners say he has some food aggression and sometimes growls at men. They are moving this Saturday and if they dont find somewhere for the dog to go they will tie it to a tree in Loch Raven. I have taken it upon myself to take this dog in before they get a chance to do that. But I cannot keep him. I have 4 animals myself. I wanted to know if your rescue would be willing to take him in.
