COVER STORY. We are proud that one of our favorite homes, Hillside Retreat, is featured on the current cover of Simply Saratoga, an extension Saratoga TODAY Newspaper, fall 2014. This home took the gold in 2013 for the Best In American Living Awards’ “one-of-a-kind home, 4,100–6,500 sq. ft.”. The magazine is devoted to the upcoming 2014 Saratoga Showcase of Homes presented by the Saratoga Builders Association Sept. 20-21, 27-28 and Oct. 4-5. The multi-weekend event is a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Countiesand Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, and we are pleased that our entry, Skyfall, on Southard Road, serves as support for these worthy organizations. The Showcase offers a bonus “Comforts of Home” evening, Friday, Sept. 19, when ticketholders can visit eight of the 14 homes in this year’s Showcase for tastings of area chefs’ specialties.
