CRANWATER DRINK CRANWATER. We all know water is a diuretic and great for the entire body, but combined with cranberry juice, it’s a fantastic fat and water flushing drink. Combine 56 ounces of water and 8 ounces of 100% cranberry juice. Mix together and drink throughout the day. Make sure it is 100% cranberry juice with nothing else added. The cranberry juice contains high levels of organic acids, and when consumed on a regular basis may help your body actually dissolve fatty deposits. BERRY FAT FLUSH It is strong so you only take 2-4 oz at a time: Take 6-8 strawberries depending on size. Take out the stems. Take 1 small box of raspberries Rinse them before putting them in a blender or food processor. Take the juice of 3 limes (I used a product called True Lime which has packets and it is 100% natural) . I put an 1/8 cup Stevia (that is the sweetener I use) Put in the blender grape until the mixture is smooth . You can add water to accomplish this. Then add about 10 oz of water and place in the refrigerator to cool (a couple of hours). Just take it in a small glass I PERSONALLY USED FROZEN AND DIDN’T HAVE TO LET IT SET. IT WAS COLD AFTER I BLENDED AND STARTED DRINKING. I also didn’t use a sweetener and it was fine, for me. I drank it all day long instead of my water. Eat while doing this. Drink at least 3 times a day before meals.
