CRITICAL THINKERS ACCUSES MAHAMA AS THE MOST CORRUPT GHANAIAN LEADER EVER. Prior to the 2012 elections, Ghanaians were presented with two distinct choices. One which offered hope and prosperity, the other was full of lies, cheap talks and sloganeering. Surprisingly, the deceitful option won and were given the ship of state to manage for the next four years. This is what brought the Mahama presidency into being. In the history of our Republic, no government has enjoyed the level of economic windfall like this present NDC regime. Billions of dollars in loans and grants, billions of dollars from oil and cocoa proceeds, and an unprecedented increments in taxes across board. In the wake of all these, the clueless Mahama government has plummeted Ghana into a ditch and weve had to run to the IMF for an economic bailout. State resources were wantonly dissipated on shoddy projects and in some cases stolen. We were continously told our economy was thriving and our President famously stated our economy had the capacity to borrow more! Sadly, president John Mahama could not manage all these huge sums of monies that came into our coffers from oil, cocoa , gold and the Billions of loans. Organised labour for the first time went on a nationwide strike, our health insurance system is near collapse, school feeding is dead and there is a lot of discontent in the public sector. Amidst all these, clueless Mahama keeps promising us of better times! While the general public is reeling under the harsh economic climate, officials of state and their hangers ons keep stealing from our national kitty through very dubious and cleverly planned means. Example is the heist pulled on us by Woyome in concert with state officials. President Mahama is a business man whos in power to enrich his family and friends at the detriment of the state. While acting as a veep,he entered into very questionable deals and made billions for himself and cronies. Cases in point include dubious deals he fronted and monies he aquired from the purchase and building of hanger for the embraer jet, the stinking STX Korea deal, kickbacks from government contracts for his bunch of greedy bastards and looting brigade and how he hounded officers of Merchant Bank to sell the entity derby writing off his brothers debts to the bank. After the demise of the equally incompetent Mills , Mahama continued with his thievery when he acted as a caretaker president. Plundering the national reserves, paying dubious judgement debt to cronies without following due course, a phenomenon a judge described as create, loot and share. Throughout the presidency of John Mahama, corruption and questionable deals have featured permanently. There is an endless list of deals which were solely entered into to fleece the poor Ghanaian: Large sums of monies were paid to officials of GYEEDA for no work done and an order for them to return the monies to state coffers has been flouted. The very sad SADA story alone is enough to bring this Mahama government down, SUBAH, the Rlg and the better ( bitter) Ghana laptops , the Asongtaba Cottage Industry multimillion akonfem fiasco , the Jospong / Zoomlion mess, the Fire Service contract , Wayome /Waterville holdings , Isofoton and Africa Automobile payouts were all conceived to steal from the state in a cleverly way. Knowing how gullible and religious Ghanaians are, Mahama paraded himself under the pseudonym of being modest and a Christian. Mentioning Gods name in almost every statement he makes. On campaign platforms, he made very lofty promises and shamelessly told Ghanaians he was caring and would improve the lives of the people. Blatantly lying to our gullible mothers that he wants to serve our interests. In his quest to win power, he promised us heaven on earth, doling out freebies to every community he visits; from cars to ladtops. The ever clever thief he is, He roped in the sacred chieftaincy institution by inducing them with unsolicited gifts so they will keep mute and win his support and admiration. At the time when there was no money to pay civil servants, clueless Mahama bought four wheeldrive vehicles to chiefs and even promised them more. Under the presidency of Mahama, there has been endless labour agitations, basic schools are in dire need of teaching tools like chalk, health insurance is near dead, the GETFUND is in arrears, fuel shortages are a regular feature and there is an unprecedented hardship! All the enviable gains the NPP government made have been eroded; President Kuffuor left behind a very solid economy and Ghana was the toast of other nations. The reverse is what we see under this incompetent president. The Ghana Education Trust Fund, District Assembly Common Fund , NHIS and other statutory payments are in arrears. Inflation is at its highest ,water and electricity for our homes and industries is simply not available. Fuel prices have seen astronomic increments. There is mourning and cries for help all over . The future for Ghana is very bleak and the dreams of many have turned into hopelessness. Under all these precarious conditions, president Mahama sits unperturb and continues to lie to us that all is well with mother Ghana. Our homeland is bleeding from the wounds inflicted on her by the sword of corruption , mismanagement, and looting from the people entrusted with power. The president has surrounded himself with wicked and greedy vampires as appointees who continuously are siphoning the little blood left in Ghana. In this trying times, we need a government that can take bold steps and proffer solutions to the plethora of problems we are facing as a people not a stagnent, lazy, thieving president and a liar who requests Ghanaians to patronise local goods but he himself uses foreign gadgets like ipads and others and flies away to Dubai for holidays. There is a leadership crisis in the country, President Mahama is inept, bereft of ideas, irresponsible, corrupt and the earlier he leaves us the better for the future of democracy and the peace of the nation. Until Mahama voluntarily resigns as president, we must not hope for anything better under his leadership. We believe Ghana must and can work again with the right kind of leadership and foresight. In this very trying moments, lets still keep hopes alive, exercise restrain and count the days for Mahamas one term presidency to be over quickly.
