CRNA is specifically interested in purchasing the following type of artwork: Moose hide art piece Moose hide to be supplied by CRNA. The artist should include decorative beading and the CRNA logo incorporated into the design for the entryway. Moose hide is approximately 4’ w x 5’ h in dimension. Artists are invited to submit proposals for consideration by the deadline noted below. The art proposal must include: 1. Description of artist qualifications and relevant artwork experience. 2. Artist Information: Name, Phone, Mailing Address, Email, Culture and Village 3. Description of proposed moose hide artwork, dimensions, materials, colors. 4. A digital image (on CD or DVD) or a hand drawn sketch of the proposed moose hide artwork design. 5. Asking Price for the artwork. Proposals shall not exceed 5 pages.
