***CROSS POST PLEASE SHARE NOT A BBR DOG*** I have a gorgeous, sweet female pit bull at my animal clinic. She was rescued digging through trash by one of my clients recently. She is around 3 years old, has heartworms, and needs to gain weight but otherwise looks great. We have vaccinated her, dewormed her, and have started her heartworm treatment (the second set of injections will be done next week). I also plan to spay her soon.
