CRUST FOR PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE and no it is not that old dried out graham cracker crap. 1 large package of double stuffed orieos 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/2 stick of margarine - melted in a food processor crush oreos until they have the consistency of CHUNKY sand add cinnamon and vanilla - mix well add melted margarine 1 tablespoon at a time, mix after each tablespoon addition. you do not want the mixture wet only moist press mixture into bottom and along sides of a 9 inch springform pan. chill until you are ready to pour the pumpking cheesecake mixture in.
